Terms of service
Agreement
These terms are between the operator of Replyline (“we”) and the business that creates a Replyline workspace (“you”). Replyline is for businesses: you confirm you are using it for your trade or business, not as a consumer.
The service
Replyline collects enquiries, helps you reply to them, sends the follow-ups and reminders you set up, and reports on them. Plan features and monthly allowances are on the pricing page. We may improve or change features; we won't remove a paid feature during a period you've paid for.
Trials, fees and cancellation
- One free 14-day trial per person, no card needed. When it ends without a plan, your workspace becomes read-only: you can see and export everything, but nothing is sent.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, plus VAT, and renew automatically. Cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part-periods except where the law requires.
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice of a price increase.
Your responsibilities
- You must have a lawful basis to contact the people you message through Replyline, and follow UK GDPR and PECR. Don't use it for unsolicited marketing, bulk messaging to bought lists, or anything unlawful, misleading or abusive.
- You are responsible for what you send. Read AI-drafted text before sending: AI can be wrong, and Replyline flags prices, links and promises it can't match to your own information, but it can't guarantee accuracy.
- Keep your login secure and tell us about any unauthorised use.
We may suspend sending from a workspace that breaks these rules or puts others at risk, and will tell you why.
Your data
Your data is yours. Our data processing agreement forms part of these terms. You can export it any time; after you close your workspace we delete it within 90 days.
Phone numbers and third-party services
Phone numbers we provide for missed-call text-back stay ours and can be reassigned if your subscription ends. Texts, emails and messages are delivered through the providers on our sub-processors page; we aren't responsible for delays or failures in networks we don't control.
Liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
Ending the agreement
Either of us may end it with notice at the end of a billing period, or immediately if the other materially breaches these terms and doesn't fix it within 14 days of being asked.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Questions: hello@replyline.co.uk.
